My Methodology

When you work with me, you get to work with someone who’s flexible and will adapt to your requirements. In general, when working with clients, I find projects usually follow a four step process:

1. Sales Process Audit and Design

We can start by reviewing, optimizing, and improving your current sales process and identify areas of improvement.

3. Team Training Workshop

I can then run a training workshop to educate your team on an established sales methodology that will work for your industry.

2. Lead Generation Programs

Once I know your sales process, target market, competition etc., I can then design a lead generation program tailored to your business.

4. CRM Audit and Optimization

I would then like to review your current CRM (if you have one) configuration and update it to reflect your new process and lead flow.
